All order's will be shipped using the chosen shipping method via checkout. Please be aware that all orders shipped by us will be sent using Royal Mail Tracking service. An email will be sent out within 24 hours of shipping containing the relevant shipping detail and tracking URL. 
 

Once packages have been dispatch we can no longer be held responsible for any damages caused on transit. Please ensure that the correct address is given when placing your order to ensure your package arrives. We will not be held liable for any errors made by customers regarding their chosen delivery address.

UK DELIVERY 

All UK orders will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracking unless another delivery method has been chosen at checkout. Your Satin Moon goodies can take 3-5 working days to arrive at its destination. Please note that delivery days do not include holidays or weekends.

At The Satin Moon we ship our international orders using Royal Mail Tracking unless another delivery method has been chosen at checkout. Orders shipped internationally can take 5 - 16 working days to arrive to its destination depending on customers location. Please note that delivery days do not include holidays or weekends.
